When is it appropriate to consider acupuncture for labour induction?

Acupuncture can be considered for labour induction when you approach or surpass your due date or when there are medical reasons to induce labour. We will often tell women to start the pre-induction around 37 weeks; we do find woman that have started earlier have better results all round.
